I am Associate Dean of Workforce Education at the Community College of Vermont. My work in corporate training and workforce development includes curriculum design, business outreach, workshop facilitation, course instruction, and instructor training. I also work with trainers, teachers, graduate and undergraduate students to improve instructional practices and assessment strategies.
