Open educational practices encompass not only the creation, adaptation, and adoption of open educational resources (OERs), but also open pedagogy. But what, exactly, is open pedagogy? Does it necessarily include the use of OERs or open licensing? This interactive session will draw on a diverse set of examples to introduce open pedagogy and help develop a shared understanding what it looks like in practice. Participants will be invited to share examples from their own context and challenged to strengthen and maximize the impact of their own work by actively inviting collaboration.
