Is OER exclusive and inaccessible for most? Peer 2 Peer University (P2PU) will explore this issue through a participatory debate exercise called “4-Chairs”, in which session participants come up to debate the issue from different perspectives. From there, we’ll engage in a group activity to outline what we can do to make OER valuable to new audiences. P2PU will also introduce “learning circles”, a model that has expanded the reach of OER and MOOCs to communities that are new to online learning, and provides an on-ramp for participants to explore the world of open education and CC licensing.
