Communication and collaboration in a community should start with a common project that can be easily worked and more advantageously shared. A more effective communication implies a common work with some helpful tools. the translation process adopted for the 4.0 licences left some members with a good sense of communication between existing and future chapters within a common ground language. As for the other side of the process, it was organized in Africa to include the greater part of the francophonic community. This lead to the creation of a journal and the creation of new CC Chapters etc.
