Mentorship and training are effective ways to further open practices and collaboration in a community. In 2016, Abigail Cabunoc Mayes launched Mozilla Open Leaders, an online mentorship program that offers training and 1:1 mentorship to open project leaders.
In this session, Abigail will run a short, interactive version of open leadership training with participants. Afterwards, we'll vision and brainstorm how we can use these skills and practices to transform the CC Network.
