I am the author of 'Copyright, Communication & Culture: Towards a Relational Theory of Copyright Law' (Edward Elgar, 2011). I teach JD, graduate and professional courses in the areas of intellectual property, copyright, trademarks and legal theory, and serve as the Academic Director of Osgoode's Professional LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law.
