I obtained an Master degree in Educational Technology as an Instructional Designer. I coordinate course development for print and online learning for ODL. I am very very interested in OER development and is currently finalising the institution's draft OER policy. I want to take up my Phd (once i find funding) in this area and would like to connect with experts in this regard.
